You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute

Full-cycle Recruitment Delivery:

Independently be responsible for end-to-end recruitment execution for various positions, including demand decoding, job profiling, candidate sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up, ensuring efficient and high-quality recruitment closure.

Talent Mapping & Pipeline Building:

Conduct in-depth talent mapping for key positions and target functions, proactively build and maintain talent pipelines, identify and track high-potential passive candidates, and provide effective talent solutions for business hiring needs.

Recruitment Project Participation:

Support and participate in key talent projects such as campus recruitment, including project planning, execution and effect tracking; assist in the promotion and optimization of recruitment digitization projects, and cooperate with the team to improve recruitment efficiency and process.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication:

Closely cooperate with hiring managers and business departments to clarify recruitment needs, align recruitment standards, and promote efficient communication and coordination among all parties; maintain good communication with candidates to optimize candidate experience.

Recruitment Data & Process Optimization:

Track and sort out recruitment data, analyze recruitment efficiency and problems, and put forward optimization suggestions for recruitment processes and methods to continuously improve recruitment quality and efficiency.

What you will bring

  1. Bachelor’s degree and above, minimum 4 years of solid recruitment experience, FMCG industry experience is a plus; solid recruitment experience from pure recruitment agencies is acceptable.

  2. Strong end-to-end recruitment delivery capability and professional talent mapping skills.

  3. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with high interpersonal sensitivity.

  4. Able to work under pressure, adapt to fast-paced and changing working environment.

  5. Result-oriented with strong sense of commitment and responsibility.

  6. Fluent in English for daily work communication.
