We are looking for a person, who is well trained in project management of salted snack production or other FMCG food production, have strong experience working with transnational companies standards compliance during new equipment implementation (Sanitary Design, HSE, QA and other requirements), takes big care of HSE culture implementation and improvement in his work process, follow customer function for equipment selection, test, install and starting up process managing.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Analyze the situations in terms of project subject matter and after coordination with internal customers and feasibility study, develops projects, prepares Capex Appropriation request, or takes approved investment projects for implementation.
- Acquaint plant management with the approved projects in general details and every manager in the details pertaining to the relevant department.
- Develop, coordinate, prepare for signing and control implementation of projects on production expanding, plant development and plant efficiency increase.
- After CAR approval - coordinates, controls and ensures installation of new equipment within approved budget, timeline, expenditure.
- In cooperation with Procurement evaluate submitted proposals and make suggestions of the best choice in terms of technical and economic reasons. Cooperate with Procurement while contracts preparation providing necessary technical information. Suggest selected suppliers to the Procurement department in order to receive high quality and economically effective equipment.
- Control delivery, coordinates start-up and maintenance of technical equipment as part of new projects in cooperation with Manufacturing and R&D departments.
- Prepare necessary reports and documents on project implementation according to corporate procedures and requirements. Fully responsible for project fulfillment within approved timeline and budget.
- Participate in regional programs with regard to development and implementation different project.
- Continuously investigating and implementing the actions to improve product quality, production efficiency, raw and pack materials consumption, production waste and yield, raw materials storing.
- Support projects related Mondelez Global standards requirements updates adaptation and implementation at plant.
- Supports IIM Pillar activities as active member of Lean 6 Sigma culture.
What you will bring

- Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standard
- Good understanding of end-to-end processes in the manufacturing and business environment; working knowledge of commercialization process (I2M); project leadership / management skills and technical and financial aspects of the business
- Strategic thinking, while having ability to excel in leading tactical programs
- Highly action oriented, drive for results, innovative, challenging actual set-ups, entrepreneurial ability
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization

What you need to know about this position:
- You will be part of project engineering team at Vyshhorod salted snacks production plant. Your projects will be related to new equipment/infrastructure installations, current equipment/infrastructure modernization in Process, WWTP and Utilities areas of the factory in collaboration with external contractors (Ukrainian and from other countries) and with deep collaboration with all factories.

- University Degree in technology or engineering
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant project management experience
- PC literacy (MS Office, AutoCAD - possibility to view/edit drawings, layouts
- English - strong upper-intermediate level.
Work schedule: 09.00-17.30, but the schedule can be changed in projects active phase periods.
