Manufacturing Intern

Taste The Future Internship Program allows students the opportunity to work on meaningful, business-essential projects that will give them the hands-on experience they need to build a solid foundation for their future. The program targets undergraduate students between their junior and senior year, and acts as a preview for full-time employment and opportunities in our leadership development program upon graduation. As a Manufacturing Intern, you could potentially support the organization in several of the following ways:

Identify, analyze, and implement new or improved technologies or processes.

Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance and productivity.
-
Participate on projects and the development of solutions related to safety, process improvement, quality, capacity balance, workflow, planning, and logistics.

Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects.

Qualifications
-
Open to Undergraduate, Bachelor’s (3rd and 4th year) looking for an on-the-job exposure and build skills in selected areas within FMCG industry.

Studying bachelor’s degree in engineering or science such as Electronics Engineer/ Mechanician Engineering/ Mechatronics and Automation Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Food Engineering.

Proficiency in Thai and English (written and spoken) is required.

Excellent command of MS.Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Share Point).

Ability to work independently and in a team, excellent organizational skills, and high-quality delivery of all work outputs.

Excellent communication skills, tact and diplomacy required.

Strong leadership and analytical skills

Day-To-Day priority management
-
At least 4-6 months of internship period.
