We are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Intern to join our Engineering team at our Clinceni plant in Romania.
Your responsibilities:
-
Support data collection and analysis (cycle times, downtime, defect rates) to identify improvement opportunities and track KPIs
-
Maintain performance dashboards and visual management tools to ensure clear visibility of departmental results
-
Assist in improvement projects by preparing documentation, mapping processes, and tracking action items
-
Participate in shop floor activities such as Gemba walks, 5S audits, and Kaizen events to support operational excellence
-
Help develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to root cause analyses
-
Document best practices and project success stories to enable knowledge sharing across the organization
-
Prepare materials and provide coordination support for workshops, training sessions, and team meetings
What we’re looking for:
-
Student or graduate of Engineering, (Industrial, Systems), Logistics and Supply Chain, Operations Management
-
Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general as an asset
-
Analytical mindset and good organizational skills
-
Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with excel
-
Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3
-
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
-
English at communicative level (spoken and written)
