About the Role
This strategic role leads the financial integrity and performance of our manufacturing site. You will own the supply chain P&L, developing forecasts and annual budgets to ensure financial targets are met. Partnering closely with stakeholders, you'll provide strategic financial guidance, identify risks and opportunities, ensure data accuracy, and champion a safety and quality-first mindset.
How you will contribute

Ensure the site consistently hits financial targets, including net productivity commitments.

Manage the day-to-day supply chain P&L to meet monthly and yearly budgets.

Play a pivotal role in the finance component of planning, reporting, and forecasting for Central Supply Chain.

Support monthly forecasts and annual plan submissions.

Report and flag financial risk and opportunities to senior stakeholders.

Provide proactive solutions to address identified risks and opportunities.

Act as an owner of the site's financial performance.

Partner with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and the productivity agenda.

Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment within the scope of responsibility.

Maintain full compliance with company policies.

Ensure safety considerations are integrated as a primary factor in all financial and operational decisions.
What you will bring

Extensive experience in a similar financial leadership role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector to drive robust financial planning.

Strong business acumen and influencing skills to partner effectively with leadership.

Ability to translate financial insights into actionable strategies that drive operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics.

CPA/CIMA/CA preferred qualification.
