You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Execute annual activities calendar and promotions with assigned customer(s) and provide feedback to direct supervisors.

  • Provide revenue and sales volume forecasts for assigned customer(s).

  • Monitor and analyze budget spending on the regular basis, initiates corrective actions if needed.

  • Optimize the use of resources to obtain more profitability in the operations.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Higher education in the fields of Business Administration/ Management/ Commerce

  • Understanding of internal and external business environment

  • Experience in FMCG business will be an advantage

  • Experience in Key Accounts’ management and negotiations

  • English language (min. B2 level)

  • Driving license (B category)

  • Base salary: 2500 – 3100 EUR gross
