**职位目的：**根据公司渠道战略，制定高效的销售人员服务模式，持续拓展渠道覆盖数量、质量，驱动新店生意增长。

工作内容：

• 制定销售人员服务模式，总体策略和执行计划
• 制定参与RTM城市覆盖，渠道布局及服务标准相关策略及执行
• 制定销售人员拜访标准，驱动可控覆盖门店数量增长，持续推动新店拓展策略实施
• 设定一线销售人员效率管理指标，提升人员产出质量，并搭建管理体系
• 开发及衡量销售覆盖成本（cost to serve）体系，提高销售人员产出
• 深度分析并制定可控渠道的E2E服务价值链，保证渠道利润分配的合理性
• 销售RTM战略计划及年度计划周期数字、分销/覆盖等销售目标的设定及跟进
• 识别、分享和试点新的RTM功能/模型/最佳实践

职位要求:

1. 八年以上快消品销售计划工作经验

2. 具有丰富的销售管理经验或经销商管理经验

3. 具备SOP设计和项目规划经验

4）拥有优秀的数据挖掘，分析，表现能力

1. 能够管理多个不同利益相关者

2. 学士学位及以上

3. 出色的英文沟通能力

8）精通PPT and excel或初步的数字化搭建能力
