As part of our Growth & Product pillar, you will own and drive initiatives that impact the entire customer lifecycle — from acquisition, through engagement and retention, to expansion across our products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales, establishing a clear vision and executing product strategies that align with our business goals.
In this role you will:

Take full ownership of your product area and make a significant impact on the company’s growth.

Define and execute product strategies informed by data, user insights, and market trends.

Foster a culture of fast experimentation, learning, and iteration.

Evaluate opportunities using both qualitative methods (user interviews, usability tests, surveys) and quantitative data (analytics tools, A/B tests, metrics analysis).

Understand the market and competitive landscape to ensure long-term product success.

Collaborate with other product managers to share insights, align strategies, and continuously improve our approach.

5+ years of experience as a product manager with a strong track record of delivering impactful products.

Experience partnering with technology teams to build and communicate product roadmaps based on business objectives, market research, and customer insights.

Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to drive decisions independently.

Passion for exceptional user experiences, with strong UX and design sensibility.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions and rationale.

Analytical mindset with proven ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constant learning and adaptation.

Experience with SaaS or consumer products — advantage.
