About the Team

You will be one of the founding engineers of a new internal startup within monday.com. We are backed by the stability and data of a global leader but operate with the speed and agility of a seed-stage venture. Our mission is to build the future of autonomous sales—deploying fully autonomous AI agents that handle the entire sales lifecycle.

You won’t just be fine-tuning models; you will be building agents that “think,” plan, and execute complex workflows in production. You will lead the architecture of our AI infrastructure, tackling challenges in LLM orchestration, memory management, and agentic reasoning to create a product that works autonomously 24/7.

What you’ll do:

• Architect from scratch: Design and build the core AI architecture for autonomous sales agents.

• Agent Orchestration: Develop robust systems for agent memory, multi-step planning, tool usage, and self-correction.

• Bridge the gap: Translate state-of-the-art LLM capabilities into reliable, production-grade software.

• Collaborate: Work directly with product and full-stack engineers to define the boundaries of what’s possible with current AI technology.

• Experiment & Iterate: Rapidly test new models and frameworks to find the best solutions for sales automation.

• Production AI Experience: You have successfully built and deployed AI agents or complex LLM-based applications in production (beyond simple Po Cs).

• Strong Engineering Foundation: 4+ years of software engineering experience with a strong command of modern programming languages and backend architectures.

• LLM Native: Deep familiarity with the modern AI stack (LLM APIs, vector databases, RAG pipelines).

• Agentic Mindset: Experience with agent frameworks or building custom loops for reasoning and action (Re Act, Chain of Thought).

• Problem Solver: You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving unsolved problems in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
