monday.com is a Work OS that empowers teams to increase their productivity and accomplish more, together.
We are a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.
With over 3,000 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Widgets team and own and lead the evolution of monday.com’s Widgets Platform - powering visibility and insights for millions of monday users every month.
The Widgets Platform is a key part of monday.com’s platform, providing the foundational building blocks that make data across monday accessible, actionable, and meaningful - through our dashboards & widgets infrastructure that serve as the visibility layer for all of monday’s products.
Our mission is to help teams understand their work, make better decisions, and move faster - by extending visibility beyond dashboards into every surface and workflow, powered by AI and platform extensibility.
As Senior Product Manager, Widgets, your mission is to define and scale the product vision for monday’s Widgets Platform - shaping how visibility and insights come to life across monday and beyond.
This is a unique opportunity to shape one of the most central parts of our product and infrastructure. You'll own the platform that powers widgets used monthly by millions, extending its reach to new surfaces and contexts, and driving innovation that helps people access the right insights, wherever they work.
-
Define and drive the product strategy for the Widgets Platform, aligning it with broader product and business goals.
-
Build and enhance the widgets infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and extensibility for internal builders and external developers.
-
Enable teams across monday to build rich, intelligent, and flexible insight experiences on top of the Widgets Platform.
-
Lead product discovery to identify opportunities to bring visibility and insights through widgets to new surfaces and workflows.
-
Develop and track key metrics to measure the adoption, performance, and impact of the Widgets Platform across monday products.
-
Adapt to the AI era - bringing our widgets to every user and agent out there.
-
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, platform, or infrastructure domains.
-
Deep understanding of platform and infrastructure product management, including APIs, SDKs, and developer ecosystems.
-
Proven experience driving technical and architectural roadmaps in collaboration with engineering (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments).
-
Strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into scalable, user-facing product experiences used by builders and end users alike.
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
-
Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data and metrics to drive informed decision-making in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
-
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus
- Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or developer platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven insights and how they can enhance product usability and business impact.
