  • We are looking for a Revenue Framework Manager
  • Top of Funnel to own the design, measurement, and optimization of the early stages of the revenue funnel at monday.com.

This role sits within the Revenue Framework team, whose mission is to design scalable, standardized revenue processes across the CRO organization. The Top of Funnel manager will act as the architect and domain expert for lead generation and early funnel conversion, ensuring that volume, quality, and conversion rates support the company’s growth goals across regions.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Regional Revenue Operations to ensure that supply (leads) is aligned with demand (revenue targets), and that the funnel is continuously optimized using data and experimentation.

Top of Funnel Ownership & Measurement

  • Own and track the top-of-funnel performance across regions, including lead volume, lead quality, and conversion rates across funnel stages.
  • Define and maintain clear funnel definitions, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Ensure consistent measurement and visibility of top funnel performance across the CRO organization.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert on top-of-funnel dynamics and trends.

Funnel Optimization & Insights

  • Analyze funnel performance to identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
  • Proactively suggest process, routing, or qualification improvements to increase conversion and throughput.
  • Run analyses, pilots, and A/B tests to validate funnel optimization ideas before scaling them globally.

Cross-Functional Planning & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing to plan and align on lead volume requirements based on revenue targets, capacity, and conversion assumptions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Analytics to align on supply-and-demand planning and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Serve as the central point of alignment between GTM teams on top-of-funnel strategy and execution.

Framework Design & Enablement

  • Design scalable top-of-funnel frameworks and playbooks that can be adopted across regions.

  • Support global adoption by working with regional teams to ensure frameworks are practical, understood, and measurable.

  • Hand off finalized frameworks to operational and systems teams for execution and maintenance.

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with funnel metrics, conversion analysis, and performance dashboards.

  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and scalable process improvements.

  • Experience partnering closely with Marketing and Sales on funnel planning and optimization.

  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, pilots).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to think both strategically and operationally - big-picture frameworks with practical execution in mind.
