Our Professional Services organization is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant to join our growing team. As a Technical Consultant at monday.com, you'll play a vital role in ensuring client success by providing deep technical expertise for our largest and most technical implementations projects. You'll partner with other Services team members such as Solution Architects and Implementation Consultants to deliver strategic projects by integrating monday.com into enterprise environments and building custom user experiences. You'll also collaborate closely with our Builders (Product and R&D) to make the most of the latest features to guarantee continuous innovation.

Develop deep, hands-on knowledge of the monday.com platform, monday AI, products, and extensibility tools to implement comprehensive solutions that integrate monday.com into clients' digital landscapes.

Lead post-sale technical delivery through discovery, technical requirements gathering, and the execution of technical services engagements, collaborating closely with Customer Success and Services teams.

Lead technical consulting engagements for customers, applying industry knowledge in the areas of AI transformation, system scale, security, user governance, and data architecture.

Implement complex solutions that leverage our developer tools, including the monday.com API and apps framework, to enable the delivery of data migrations, integrations, and custom applications.

Produce technical designs and installable quickstart solutions to improve our customers’ time to value.

Lead technical discussions with key stakeholders on the client side and serve as a trusted technical advisor to internal Customer Success and Services teams.

Advocate for customers with Product teams when their needs are not met and play an active role in extending monday.com product capabilities to help customers exceed their business goals.

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as a technical consultant, professional services engineer, preferably in highly-integrated, enterprise environments.

Expert knowledge of APIs (RESTful, GraphQL), web standards (HTTP, HTML/CSS), identity management (SCIM), and authentication protocols (SAML 2.0/OAuth 2.0) with prior software development experience being highly preferred.

Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI tools including exposure to LLMs, MCPs and AI-assisted editors such as Cursor.

Experience executing and delivering on Statements of Work for data migrations, integrations, and custom application development.

Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Workato, Power Automate, or other i PaaS solutions.

Strong customer-facing and communication skills with the ability to establish deep technical credibility with client stakeholders.

Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience with exceptional technical documentation skills.

Detail-oriented with some project management experience, and the ability to multitask on simultaneous projects.

Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy with the ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

BA or BS degree preferred.

- For Denver, CO based hires only: Compensation Range: $86,000-$117,000* *base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Denver may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
