Are you a Professional Services and technology pre-sales powerhouse with a passion for client relationships and crafting winning So Ws?
Then, we'd love for you to join monday.com's Professional Services team as a Professional Services Engagement Consultant. In this client facing role, you'll be the connector between the sale of monday.com’s licences and the successful implementation and utilisation of the platform by clients.
As the point person for scoping client needs, you will navigate professional services pre-sale activities through client engagement, SOWs creation to project conversion.
Please note: the internal title for this position is Services Engagement Consultant

Work hand-in-hand with clients, partners, & monday Account Executives to define project scope, ensuring alignment with expectations and resource availability.

Interface with key client stakeholders from technical team to executives to understand their pain points, opportunities and craft compelling solution presales documentation that showcases monday.com's potential.

Manage and prioritise services requests in a timely manner, working alongside internal stakeholders to find delivery solutions that close opportunities.

Develop detailed SOW’s that map the path to success, covering technical and consultative services, resourcing and architecture.

Be the expert in the variety of partner service and internal service offerings to ensure each Services request is matched to the best delivery model.

Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team to ensure requests are mapped to the proper partners based on Partnerships team strategy and partner expertise.

Define and implement standardized services request processes, metrics, and operational procedures that are in alignment with business operations and other cross functional teams.

Surface, influence, and take responsibility for key data points such as request volume, conversion rates (from request to project), service attach rate, request internal SLAs, and more.

Gain in-depth knowledge of monday.com's features to enable you to advise clients on best in class implementation of existing functionality and new releases.

4-6 years of experience in pre-sale Professional Services and project management roles in an enterprise B2B environment.

Experience in B2B SaaS as technical customer success / professional service / implementation manager / technical account management / technological consulting, specifically within implementation of complex products.

Experience performing technical project scoping and writing SOWs.

Demonstrates progressive experience with project management and leadership

Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Experience in leading projects involving hands-on implementation and management of multiple resources.

Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
**Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Sydney office**
