About the team
As an experienced Software Engineer in the Web Experience team, you’ll play a key role in shaping monday.com’s most strategic and high-impact web surfaces.
Our team is responsible for delivering an intelligent, conversion-driven web experience that positions monday.com as a leading AI and multi-product work platform, while empowering marketing teams to scale independently.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, growth, AI, and marketing. You’ll work on high-traffic, high-visibility experiences used by millions of visitors every month, with a direct connection between the code you ship and real business impact.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth and Design teams, taking full responsibility and ownership of projects from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Work alongside a team of experienced and talented developers in a CI/CD environment utilizing modern, scalable technologies
- Lead the development of new features, experiments, and web capabilities from ideation to implementation, managing the entire development lifecycle
- Own and evolve high-impact areas such as monday.com homepage, touch and no-touch funnels, and localization frameworks.
- Design, build, and integrate AI-powered capabilities into web experiences, including agents, automations, and intelligent decision flows that improve user journeys, experimentation, and operational efficiency.
- Build a shared vision with domain leadership for key initiatives, supporting development by prototyping and collaborating with developers and technical leaders across the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the Web Experience domain, contributing to technical decisions and best practices
- Drive efficiency within the team and across the organization by designing and building internal tools, automations, and AI-powered agents that streamline workflows, reduce repetitive manual work, and enable teams to operate at scale with confidence.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap, driving initiatives that improve performance, scalability, reliability, and engineering efficiency.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous growth, inspiring the team to explore new ideas and think creatively
- Continuously monitor and analyze product, experimentation, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use every day, building features end-to-end (client and server)

5+ years of experience building full-stack applications in production environments
