About the team
We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join our **Incubationteam. **
The Incubation group is responsible for building a portfolio of independent, early-stage startups from the ground up within the monday.com ecosystem. Each initiative operates as a high-autonomy startup - with its own product vision, technical stack, and pace.
As a Tech Lead in the Incubation team, you’ll play a key role in shaping new products from zero to one. This role requires a strong builder mentality, deep technical ownership across the stack, and a founder-like mindset: moving fast, making decisions under ambiguity, and continuously experimenting, iterating, and evolving both product and technology.

-
Previous knowledge and experience with LLMs - an advantage
-
Deploying and serving ML and DL models in production - an advantage
