We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our growing team in Tel Aviv and define the vision for AI in monday boards, leading how AI serves and is democratized for every user across the platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly influence the future of our platform and directly impact how our customers collaborate every day.
As a Lead Product Manager, you'll shape the vision and strategy for how AI is embedded into monday boards to help teams connect, manage, and understand their work. You’ll focus on crafting intuitive AI-powered experiences that simplify complex workflows and make advanced capabilities accessible and valuable for all users.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for AI in monday boards, ensuring AI capabilities are scalable, high-quality, and impactful.

Drive the democratization of AI across the platform, enabling every user to benefit from AI regardless of technical expertise.

Deeply understand user needs through research and feedback to continuously improve AI-driven user experiences.

Lead cross-platform efforts, working closely with multiple product, engineering, and design teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Define quality standards and best practices for AI experiences across monday boards.

Collaborate with Growth and GTM teams to drive adoption, monetization, and ARR through AI-powered capabilities.

Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment on priorities, communicating effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Regularly analyze user behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in platform or AI-enabled products.

Proven track record of building user-centric products that simplify complex workflows.

Experience leading cross-functional, cross-platform initiatives involving multiple teams.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise products is an advantage.

Adaptable and quick learner, comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
