AI is transforming work is managed and gets done, and monday.com is going all-in on its 'AI for work' vision. To support this Go-to-Market motion, we are looking for a Product Enablement Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing learning plans and creating and maintaining training materials for our Revenue Organization (mainly quota-carriers in and outside monday - i.e. partners).
This will include designing innovative learning solutions, developing product-related content, assessing its effectiveness, and improving it based on feedback and data.
You will interact with stakeholders across the company and specifically with product managers, GTM leads, and client-facing teams. You will be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, reporting to the Product Enablement Team Lead.

Develop product-related curriculums and content such as presentations, videos, e Learning, workshops, quizzes, and more

Work with multiple SMEs and under a tight timeline

Manage projects to ensure that content is created and deployed properly in accordance with the project plan

Analyze programs’ effectiveness, user satisfaction, and work to improve them

3-5 years of experience in instructional design or enablement - must

Developing product-related e-learning content using authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Rise, Genially/Canva, and being familiar with LMS

A track record of adopting and implementing AI tools in a business learning context - must

Working in a global, fast-paced environment. Experience in the SaaS industry is an advantage.

Designing learning programs for client-facing roles (and especially sellers) - advantage

Working independently on multiple projects, as well as in a team-oriented and collaborative environment

Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across groups, levels, and geographies
