招聘
We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.
With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.
We are looking for a Product Lead to own and scale our AI Governance product space, building the capabilities that help enterprises adopt AI confidently, safely, and at speed. You’ll lead a world-class team of engineers and designers, and partner deeply across monday.com and with Security, Legal/Privacy, Data/AI, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales. This role is based in our Tel Aviv office.
AI is becoming a core part of how work gets done, and for many enterprises, without AI governance, AI adoption doesn’t happen. AI governance must be productized: embedded into workflows, measurable, auditable, and easy to operate.
In this role, you’ll own the AI Governance strategy and roadmap for monday.com and lead a cross-functional team to ship capabilities that help customers adopt AI confidently, safely, and at speed. You’ll work closely with CISOs, DPOs, Risk leaders, and AI platform owners, turning complex requirements into a lovable, scalable product.
You’ll innovate in an emerging field, helping define the future of how enterprises adopt and govern AI.
You will:
- Build and scale an AI Governance offering for controlling AI in the platform (AI agents, innovative AI use cases) with a goal to drive meaningful AI adoption and usage among our customer.
- Establish a shared cross-company vision for responsible AI on monday.com as a company-level goal
- Drive focus and speed: ship iteratively, validate quickly, and raise the quality bar as the space matures.
- Translate governance needs into product capabilities that blend automated controls with human-in-the-loop reviews, covering AI usage visibility, role-based controls and approvals, data governance hooks, risk assessments/evidence, and audit-ready reporting.
- Synthesize input from customers, the field, and evolving standards to ensure the team is always working on the most impactful problems.
- Evaluate solutions via user research and data (interviews, usability tests, surveys, analysis/experimentation where applicable).
- You will become an AI-powered product manager, as you'll get the tools to 10x your capabilities.
- 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful B2B/SaaS products.
- Strong product leadership: you can set direction, align stakeholders, and execute without needing consensus on every step.
- Ability to turn ambiguous, high-stakes problems into simple, delightful experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain why just as clearly as what.
- Data-informed mindset: comfortable combining qualitative insights with quantitative signals to drive decisions.
- Comfortable partnering with senior members of monday.com’s leadership team.
Bonus points (advantages)
- Experience in any of: Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, or platform governance.
- Familiarity with the AI landscape
- AI tools, solving AI problems, building AI agents, working with MCPs, and working on LLM infra.
- Familiarity with AI governance concepts (model lifecycle controls, evals, red-teaming, monitoring, incident response) and relevant external frameworks/standards.
- Experience building add-ons / monetized enterprise capabilities and owning ARR outcomes.
Why this role is special
- You’ll be at the forefront of AI innovation.
- You’ll shape how enterprises safely adopt AI inside their work operating system with an innovation-first approach.
- You’ll build a product that’s both broad in its technical reach but also deeply human, promoting trust, control, and transparency, without killing velocity.
- You’ll work with a high-caliber, high-ownership team and ship to customers who genuinely feel the pain (and will pay to solve it).
