monday.com is looking for a Channel Partner Manager Lead to build, scale, and lead our partner ecosystem in Mexico. This is a senior leadership role combining strategy, people management, and hands-on partner execution, focused on driving growth through indirect channels.

You will lead a team of 5 Channel Partner Managers, own the Mexico partner strategy, and drive revenue through both high-volume sales partners and strategic enterprise alliances

  • Own and execute the channel partner strategy for Mexico, reporting to the LATAM Regional Partnerships Director

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 Channel Partner Managers

  • Build and expand a strong ecosystem of:

  • High-volume SMB & mid-market partners

  • Strategic enterprise partners and system integrators

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue

  • Recruit, onboard, and scale new partners using your local network

  • Define and execute joint business plans with top partners

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Rev Ops

  • Ensure strong partner enablement, performance tracking, and forecasting.

10+ years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or indirect sales

SaaS experience is mandatory (B2B preferred)

Proven experience building and managing partner ecosystems in Mexico

Experience leading and developing partner or sales teams

Strong partner network in Mexico

  • Demonstrated success supporting high-volume sales motions and complex enterprise deals
  • Highly analytical mindset is a MUST, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com is a strong plus

Ability to build and manage your own reports and dashboards is a plus

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
