We are looking for a bold, strategic, people‑centred leader ready to accelerate this momentum. As Solution Sales Leader for Saudi Arabia, you will lead Microsoft’s largest organisation in the country reporting directly to the General Manager of Microsoft Saudi Arabia. This is a senior level mandate where your decisions, relationships, and leadership will influence the entire subsidiary’s direction.
You will guide high‑performing sales and technical teams, shape AI‑driven cloud adoption across the nation’s most important institutions, and help redefine how organisations interact with Microsoft Cloud, Security, and AI Business solutions

Responsibilities:
As a specialist sales lead, you will interact with a breadth of internal and external stakeholders, as you guide your team in developing solution strategies and closing strategic opportunities. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the solution engineering team to develop solution strategies to grow and close strategic opportunities.
- Coaching teams (e.g. Account Technical Unit, Customer Success Unit, and others) in identifying and engaging key decision makers.
- Guiding teams in C‑suite engagement for opportunity discovery and acceleration.
- Overseeing end‑to‑end business performance, including whitespace analysis and growth planning.
- Leading your team in exploring emerging business opportunities and driving AI‑led customer transformation.
- Acting as a thought leader by providing clear perspectives based on business and market analysis.
- Participating in strategic territory planning and leading reviews through Rhythm of Business (ROB) processes.
- Building and transforming market opportunities by leveraging technical insight, partners, and resources.
- Defining long‑term strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Supporting your team in resolving sales or delivery issues for strategic accounts.
- Identifying and assessing new partners to expand the ecosystem.
- Ensuring alignment across departments and with Sales Excellence teams.
- Engaging with external executives to incorporate strategic insights into account planning.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring collaborative and strategic leadership capabilities with an ability to inspire teams, influence key stakeholders, and navigate complex commercial environments. Key skills you will be able to demonstrated include:
- Extensive technology-related sales leadership and account management experience
- Demonstrable experience in people management
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent experience
