As a **Partner Success Manager (PSM)**in our EMEA Partner Tech Sales team, you will play a critical role in accelerating Azure consumption growth, AI adoption, and customer success at scale—through a portfolio of strategic Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners.
You will act as a trusted advisor and growth catalyst, helping partners build sustainable Azure practices, use data to drive growth strategies, and execute value-based customer success motions. This role will be supporting the Netherlands and Belgium, Luxembourg, France Channel with a scope for potential across EMEA.

Drive Azure Growth & Expansion Through Partner Execution
- Identify and activate Next Logical Workloads (NLW), services, and solutions using customer propensity signals, consumption signals, and telemetry.
- Lead deployment and expansion motions with strategic CSP partners.
- Drive execution of Microsoft‑led programs such as Azure Accelerate and supporting offers (Cloud Accelerate Factory) to accelerate Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR).
- Ensure strong integration with wider channel ecosystem within Microsoft, working closely with v-team of PDM, sales, marketing, and solution architects to drive positive outcomes mapped to the strategy across France & Benelux.
Advance Partner CSU Capability & Maturity

Establish and evolve partner‑led Azure business units focused on sustainable growth, profitability, and customer outcomes.

Enable partners to deliver scalable customer success motions, including onboarding frameworks, roadmap reviews, health assessments, and optimization plays.

Improve overall Partner Maturity and Capability scoring through structured onboarding and continuous improvement.
Improve Customer Experience at Scale
- Champion a customer‑obsessed mindset, advocating for Small & Medium Enterprise customers across your assigned EMEA geography.
- Leverage customer feedback and regional market insights to shape relevant, compelling customer success offerings that accelerate Azure adoption.
- Identify customer and reseller cohorts with value‑based growth opportunities using propensity data and usage telemetry.
- Contribute to improvements in partner and customer data quality, ensuring accurate insights and reporting.
Accelerate AI‑Led Innovation & Cohort‑Based Growth
- Land foundational Azure workloads (Data, Analytics, Fabric) in partners installed base to enable future AI and Copilot adoption.
- Drive AI‑focused cohort execution using partner‑ready BOMs, profitability models, and repeatable plays.
- Track and influence Azure workload use‑case adoption and ACR growth through PSM‑led cohort plays.
Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in cloud technologies, technology solutions, practice development, and/or consulting.
- Extensive experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
- A proactive individual with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude and an innovative, out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English + business level proficiency in Dutch and/or French preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with CxO, business and technical decision makers
- Strong background and in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, with a focus on Microsoft Azure (L300)
