- Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact customer programs across the full lifecycle, from envisioning through planning, execution, and closure
- Drive successful delivery outcomes by securing resources, managing risks, resolving escalations, and ensuring accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Partner with Sales to support deal setup, contract execution, compliance, and financial governance from approval through invoicing and closure
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer and internal stakeholders, including C-suite executives, serving as a strategic advisor and voice of the customer
- Guide program planning across large, multi-workstream initiatives, including resource allocation, dependency management, change control, and governance rhythms
- Oversee delivery performance, financial health, forecasting, and consumption acceleration to support customer value realization and business growth
- Lead pre-sales and proposal activities for complex engagements, shaping statements of work, delivery approaches, risk assessments, and value propositions
- Champion intellectual property reuse and creation, driving standardization of delivery artifacts and continuous improvement practices
- Ensure compliance with contractual, privacy, and confidentiality requirements, promoting best practices across teams and regions
- Drive closure activities, capture lessons learned, and contribute to readiness, knowledge sharing, and capability building across the organization
- Embody Microsoft’s culture and values in all interactions
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of project or program management experience, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience leading complex technology delivery programs and cross-functional teams
- Experience engaging senior customer stakeholders and managing executive-level communications
- Experience delivering customer and business outcomes with accountability for quality, risk, and financial performance
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies, including Azure and AI-enabled solutions.
Preferred Experience
- Experience leading large-scale, complex transformational programs with direct, partner, and matrixed teams
- Experience in financial management, forecasting, and portfolio-level budget ownership
- Project or program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) and/or Agile certifications
- Experience shaping pre-sales engagements, delivery approaches, and commercial proposals
- Experience driving enterprise cloud and AI adoption, and managing programs with a focus on security, data privacy, or compliance.
