Beyond our consoles, Xbox is a platform and experience available on a wide variety of devices. As a Senior Product Manager, you will help shape the Xbox ecosystem strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, including Windows, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Original Design Manufacturer (ODM), Silicon and Component partners to align product requirements and roadmaps to bring compelling, successful gaming devices to market.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, partner management, and the ability to communicate clearly across engineering, business, and go-to-market teams, internally and externally.

  • Responsibilities- Contribute to the definition and execution of the Xbox ecosystem strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with local Silicon and Original Equipment Manufacturer/Original Design Manufacturer (OEM/ODM) partners to align on product requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Track execution on Technical and Business deliverables across internal and external teams.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and business teams to manage dependencies and ensure alignment.
  • Represent Team Xbox in local partner engagements, supporting product development from concept to launch.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and strategy updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure Intellectual Property (IP) protection through robust confidentiality practices.
  • Support the development of scalable partner-facing programs and processes with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in Product Management OR equivalent experience.
  • Individual contributor who is a self-starter and can work independently with some level of ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Tier-1 Silicon vendors, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM's).
  • Deep familiarity with the Windows/PC OEM and Channel Ecosystem.
  • Broad and deep technical background work on or with building Central Processing Unit (CPU) or Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) based products.
  • Prior experience working with or on Gaming-focused products or devices
  • Experience engaging external partners on technical and business deliverables (Contracts, PRD's etc.)
  • Experience working with and driving alignment on complex programs across geographies.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
