We are seeking top performing Client Success Specialist with digital advertising experience who can drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction by developing and cultivating strategic client relationships and delivering customized solutions aligning to the client’s advertising needs. As an Account Manager you will enable Microsoft to better serve clients by applying obsession with what clients care about and need, ensuring our Microsoft Advertising story is valued and understood, and building and maintaining strong trusted-advisor relationships with day-to-day practitioner contacts at advertiser/agency. This opportunity will allow you to drive both revenue and client satisfaction and be a core member of the account team focused on driving data-driven optimizations aligned with client needs, executing campaigns, and driving strong coordination or internal resources for excellence in execution of core tasks, account transitions, client account health.

Responsibilities

As an expert in client accounts, you’ll ensure account health by proactively monitoring all activities, while seeking feedback to grow more of their business and creating long-term strategies to improve the client experience. You’ll also establish the business value of Microsoft’s advertising services.

To tailor your sales approach, you will adopt Microsoft sales strategies as you proactively leverage Unified Client Management tools to increase performance, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities. You’ll also generate business and upsells by developing value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for clients.

You will proactively develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ marketing needs and their competition to anticipate their needs and deliver new insights to them. You’ll also proactively own and elevate relationships throughout multiple levels at the customer’s organization.

You will act as a thought leader on industry trends, technology, and KPIs. You’ll also leverage competitive knowledge to elevate client’s success and create solutions that increase revenue.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

8+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)

OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 6+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)

OR Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 4+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)

OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)

OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 7+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)

OR Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 5+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)
