We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – AI Business Solutions with strong foundations across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and emerging Agentic AI solutions. This role is delivery-focused and hands-on, requiring the ability to design, build, and implement AI-powered and low-code/no-code solutions while working closely with senior consultants, principals, and customer stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Modern Work and AI, comfortable working across both low-code and pro-code approaches, and eager to deepen their expertise in Copilot, Power Platform, and Agentic AI solution delivery.

As a Senior Consultant for AI Business Solutions, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering AI-first consulting engagements, building real-world Copilot, Power Platform, and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise and public sector customers. This role offers strong growth opportunities working alongside senior technical leaders while deepening your expertise across Microsoft’s Modern Work and AI ecosystem.

• Responsibilities- Deliver Modern Work, Copilot, and AI-focused engagements contributing to high-quality customer outcomes.
• Design and implement solutions across the Microsoft 365 stack, including Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID (Azure AD), Purview, Defender, and Modern Endpoint Management.
• Build and configure Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, including:Custom copilots and conversational experiences
• Connector- and plugin-based integrations
• Grounding copilots with enterprise data sources
• Contribute to the delivery of Agentic AI solutions, including:Assisting with multi-agent and orchestration patterns
• Building custom AI agents with tool-use, workflows, and basic reasoning capabilities
• Integrating agents into business processes and applications
• Perform hands-on development and configuration, including:Pro-code development for AI and extensibility (e.g., Python, C#, or JavaScript)
• Extending Copilot and Power Platform solutions with custom APIs and Azure services
• Design and deliver low-code / no-code solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages, following enterprise governance and security standards.
• Participate in customer workshops, technical design sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Translate defined business requirements into working technical solutions and implementation tasks.
• Contribute to delivery quality by following security-by-design, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Continuously build skills across Modern Work, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI through learning, certifications, and hands-on delivery

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution delivery, or engineering roles with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Modern Work solutions, including Intune, Autopilot, Windows 11 management, MDM/MAM, Purview and Defender.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Experience building or configuring Copilot and/or Copilot Studio solutions in customer or internal environments.
• Practical experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Exposure to AI solutions or intelligent automation, with interest in Agentic AI and advanced Copilot scenarios.
• Development experience (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript, REST APIs) to support extensibility and integrations.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and responsible AI concepts in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good documentation skills, including solution designs and implementation notes.
