Partner Solution Architect (PSA) – AI Business Solutions (AI Workforce), inside the Global Channel Partner Sales organization, is where you turn partner ambition into scalable, real‑world customer solutions. You are a trusted technical advisor who helps partners move from ideas to execution, accelerating their ability to build, modernize, and grow on the Microsoft cloud.
In this role, you work side by side with partners to turn AI strategy into executable solutions, guiding them through agent-first architecture design, AI solution workshops, and proof-of-concept development. You enable partners to modernize customer environments by transitioning from legacy systems to cloud-native, AI-powered architectures built on Copilot and agents, optimized for performance, security, and cost—driving partner readiness and scalable growth across Microsoft’s AI priorities.

Responsibilities:
As a Partner Solution Architect (PSA), you are the deep technical AI SME for partners’ technical teams. You help partners turn Microsoft AI priorities—Copilot, agents, and cloud-native AI architectures—into scalable, repeatable offerings they can confidently take to market. Within your responsibilities are:
- Guide AI Solution Development & Activation:
- You lead the design, development, and activation of AI-powered partner offerings, with a strong emphasis on Copilot, AI agents, and Power Platform–based solutions. You ensure partner solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready, aligned with Microsoft’s AI and Cloud priorities and built to meet real customer scenarios.
- Empower AI-Driven Innovation:
- You run AI and agent-centric innovation workshops, technical briefings, and envisioning sessions to build technical intensity across partner teams. By working closely with engineering and product teams, you help partners adopt emerging AI capabilities faster and shape offerings that align business outcomes with modern AI architectures. Your success will be measured by partner readiness, solution quality, and acceleration of AI-led consumption and revenue.
- Strategic Sales & Deal Acceleration (AI-Led):
- You play a critical role in activating transformational AI deals, providing architectural guidance, unblocking complex AI and agent scenarios, and strengthening solution design. Your contributions directly accelerate partner-led AI workload consumption and revenue impact.
- Champion AI Architecture & Technical Excellence:
- You guide partners through AI architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, MVPs, and agent builds, ensuring solutions follow Microsoft’s Cloud and AI best practices. You focus on performance, scalability, security, and cost optimization across AI workloads and Copilot-based solutions.
- Partner Enablement & Business Acumen
You coach and upskill partner technical teams to embed AI, agents, and Copilot adoption across pre-sales, delivery, and consumption motions. You help partners translate AI capabilities into business value, navigate competitive pressures, and build repeatable AI adoption plans for their customers. You contribute to partner technical enablement through workshops, briefings, and scalable learning initiatives, helping partners stay current on AI architecture and solution best practices.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND experience in cloud technologies and software development/support, practice development, solution architectures.
- Demonstrated skill in converting business objectives into technical solutions, backed by experience as a Cloud Solution Architect or similar role. Strong abilities in architecture, solution design, and technical leadership are essential.
- Deep hands‑on experience with Microsoft AI Business Solutions, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and modern development tools (e.g., VS Code, SDKs).
- Fluent in English and either Italian or Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with partner ecosystems, system integrators, ISVs, or CSPs.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner technical practices.
- Experience supporting partner skilling, specialization, and readiness initiatives.
