Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
Responsibilities:
As the AI Senior Product Manager in this role, you will be responsible for steering the strategic direction and execution of the CIP Platform, MAI’s agentic testing platform.
Strategic Roadmap and Product Quality
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for agentic testing to enhance product quality across all of Microsoft AI (MAI). This will involve identifying and capitalizing on internal and external opportunities for improving product quality, especially in the era of AI-driven coding.
Customer Engagement
- Engage with customer teams to gain insights into their pain points and user needs. Integrate this feedback into the roadmap and feature planning to better align the platform’s offerings with customer requirements.
Growth Strategy
- Create and implement growth strategies, including forming partnerships and collaborating across organizations, to drive the adoption of the product.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to drive product development, oversee deliverables, and ensure that key performance indicators (OKRs) are met.
Monitoring and Communication
- Continuously monitor the progress of the product, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to senior leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
User Experience Design
- Design and deliver intuitive user experiences that not only delight customers but also provide valuable capabilities for identifying issues.
Execution Excellence
- Ensure rapid and high-quality execution of product initiatives by working closely with development and design teams.
Budget Management
- A key responsibility will be managing vendor and compute budgets, which are valued in the millions of USD. You will optimize these resources to successfully achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.OR equivalent experience.
- A proven record in leading large-scale consumer product roadmaps.
- Strong skills in cross-functional initiatives and customer management.
- Excellent data analysis, communication, and negotiation abilities, able to align teams and stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial, action-oriented approach, making swift, confident decisions.
- 5+ years in product management, preferably with an MBA.
- Experience managing AI/ML product lifecycles, including model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data privacy, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
- Proficiency in using metrics and experimentation to evaluate AI product impact and performance.
- Comfort collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and designers to deliver AI-powered features.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
- 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
