Within CE&S, the Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization builds trust and confidence for every person and organization through delivering a seamless support experience. The Sr. Business Analytics Manager is a key member of the team and requires someone who has a strategic, business mindset, a bias for action; and ability to easily partner successfully with a wide group of stakeholders. Successful candidates will have a proven capability for business program management, organizational skills, culture and change management experience and excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities:
Operational excellence and Rhythm of Business:
- Orchestrate monthly operations reviews including preparing data and narratives for cross-regional business reporting
- Provide, clear, timely and operable follow-up to RoB events
- Calculate operational metrics and analyze progress against operational targets
- Provide consistent and thorough measurement and reporting of performance through scorecards.
- Deliver operational insights through combining data analytics and business understanding
- Partner with Delivery teams to drive business process improvements
- Develop and manage suite of standard, ad hoc or other reporting needs as requested for the organization
Program management: - Work closely with leadership and program v-teams to design, implement, and operate new process initiatives and/or enhancements
- Scope overall project plans, including key objectives and key results (using OKR (Objective and Key Results) framework
- Create, coordinate, implement and drive program plans to completion in alignment with the strategy, timelines, and objectives of the business
- Lead others through business change and implementation plans. Drive teams to consensus and completion.
- Proactively anticipate and manage risk.
- Handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Communications: - Sharepoint: Implement governance model and maintain key Share Point assets for different audiences
- Create and execute communication plan for different audiences (all employees, managers, leadership team, peers, etc.)
- Evaluate and make recommendations for medium (All Hands, emails, Viva Engage, Sharepoint, Community calls etc.,) and frequency of communications
Qualifications:
Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualification s- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 8+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
Business Analytics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
