The Small, Medium, Enterprise, and Channel (SME&C) Digital Sales organization plays a critical role in delivering the power of Microsoft Cloud and the promise of AI to customers around the world. Representing over 80% of the global workforce and contributing more than 40% of global GDP, this segment is a fast-growing, digital-scale engine for Microsoft.

As a Senior Business Program Manager of Digital Sales & Agentic Capabilities on the Business Innovation and AI Transformation Capabilities team, you will architect and lead enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives across SME&C’s global digital sales organization. You will shape Microsoft’s position by embedding agentic capabilities, autonomous workflows, and intelligent recommendations into our sales engine. This role requires executive presence, accountability for business impact, and the ability to align senior leadership, partners, and global teams toward a common vision.

Responsibilities:
Enterprise Strategy & Business Impact
- Defines and drives the enterprise-wide strategy for integrating agentic AI into SME&C digital sales workflows.
- Develop business cases and drive execution that delivers sustained ROI and measurable seller productivity gains
- Provides thought leadership on emerging AI and automation capabilities, strengthening Microsoft’s competitive position.
- Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving to design scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Own the end‑to‑end digital sales operating model transformation, ensuring agentic execution is intentionally designed to increase revenue per seller and partner while reducing manual effort and execution friction.
Global Transformation Leadership
- Lead the worldwide deployment of AI-driven sales transformation initiatives, balancing regional needs with enterprise consistency.
- Ensure global governance, scalability, and adoption of agentic capabilities across all geographies and customer segments.
- Demonstrates entrepreneurial leadership, piloting innovative models, and rapidly scaling successful approaches.
- Incubate and scale innovative solutions by piloting new models, validating outcomes, and leading deployment into live production with measurable business impact.
Executive Influence & Stakeholder Alignment
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior and C-suite leaders, shaping strategic decisions and securing executive sponsorship.
- Build cross-company coalitions across sales, marketing, engineering, and partner ecosystems to accelerate adoption and execution.
- Translate complex program outcomes into clear, data-driven narratives that resonate with senior leadership, build stakeholder confidence, and secure sustained investment through high-impact communications, proposals, and strategic decks.
Organizational Change & Talent Development
- Lead global change management strategies to enable seller, manager, and partner readiness for AI-driven workflows.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, inclusive team, driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement worldwide.
- Champion best practices for landing and communications, ensuring seamless execution of the rhythm of business (ROB)

Qualifications:
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Partner Management, Engineering or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, digital transformation, or enterprise operations within a global, matrixed technology organizationOR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications- Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. - Experience leading complex enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs from concept to execution, with accountability for strategic outcomes.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft’s AI and cloud ecosystem (Copilot, intelligent agents, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure), with hands-on experience delivering solutions in business or sales operations; growth mindset toward emerging technologies (generative AI, LLMs, autonomous systems) to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
- Track record of leading enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives, with a focus on agentic and autonomous workflows.
- Experience influencing senior leadership and driving alignment across multiple business units.
- Success in driving seller productivity, customer and partner engagement, or sales enablement through technology and process innovation.
- Global perspective with sensitivity to cultural nuances and regional business dynamics.

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
