We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Microsoft Modern Endpoint with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and the Endpoint Management stack including On Premises technologies . This is a customer‑facing, architecture‑led role where you act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through secure digital transformation and maximizing the value of their Microsoft investments.
The Cloud Solution Architecture role involves gathering customer insights, mapping architecture, and proposing digital transformation solutions based on Microsoft technologies. The role requires coaching team members to focus on customer experience through efficient delivery, driving adherence to Microsoft standards and recommended practices, and providing a holistic perspective of customer challenges and competitor architectures. The role is within the CSA Global Delivery team. It is a centralized group consisting of both full-time employees (FTEs) and Partner CSAs dedicated to enhancing the customer's experience with Microsoft as they transition to hybrid/public cloud solutions. Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor, driving positive customer satisfaction and long‑term success outcomes.
• Represent the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights, feedback, and best practices across Microsoft teams.
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end endpoint and security value propositions, aligned to Zero Trust principles.
• Lead Architectural Design Sessions and technical workshops, translating customer business goals into secure, scalable endpoint architectures.
• Drive adoption and usage excellence across the modern endpoint stack, ensuring customers realize measurable business value.
• Build and reuse repeatable architectures, best practices, and intellectual property (IP) to accelerate customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with peer Cloud Solution Architects, customer stakeholders , and Microsoft stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned to outcomes Microsoft customers on the investments they have with Microsoft complex, enterprise‑scale solutions.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting;
OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

• Endpoint & Intune Expertise

• Enterprise‑scale expertise in Microsoft Intune and related technologies

• Design and architecture experience for device management at scale.

• Hybrid and cloud‑native endpoint strategies, including Co‑management (Config Mgr/SCCM + Intune).

• Windows Autopilot, enrollment strategies, configuration profiles, compliance, and update management.

• Entra ID (Azure AD) integration with Conditional Access and Zero Trust alignment.

• Modern Endpoint Stack

• Windows 10 / 11 lifecycle management.

• Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solution architecture.

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) integration.

• Bit Locker strategy, compliance, and configuration profiles.

• Cross‑platform endpoint design: macOS, iOS, Android (architecture level).

• Any technical certifications in relevant technologies, such as:
  o MD‑102: Endpoint Administrator Associate
  o AZ‑104: Azure Administrator Associate

• Strong value‑add certifications:
  o MS‑500 (Security)
  o SC‑300 (Identity)
  o AZ‑140 (Azure Virtual Desktop)
  o Windows 365 / AVD specialization
  o Config Mgr / SCCM experience
