As a Senior Technical Program Manager – Clipchamp, you will lead complex programs that bring AI innovation and video editing capabilities to millions of users. You’ll drive clarity and execution across engineering, product, and design teams, embed Responsible AI principles and compliance into every stage of delivery, and use data-driven insights to improve program health and accelerate delivery. Responsibilities
- You will partner with Software and Cloud Engineering to design complex technical solutions across feature areas. - You’ll also give key stakeholders data-driven recommendations based on identified risks. - You’ll define success criteria and create relationships for implementing multiple feature areas for complex cross-functional projects. You’ll coordinate and ensure alignment across the business. - You will deliver roadmaps for multiple feature groups across organizational teams, track project schedules, drive development of staging and implementation plans, and lead governance and compliance programs. - Collaborate with engineering and compliance teams to integrate Responsible AI and Deployment Safety Board processes into product development, ensuring risk mitigation and regulatory adherence. - Drive clarity and facilitate data-driven decision-making across engineering, product, and design teams without direct authority, aligning stakeholders and advancing project objectives. - Accelerate delivery of AI-powered video creation capabilities. - Strengthen foundational investments in video and AI technologies, security, and compliance. - Enable integration of generative AI capabilities across product endpoints and partnerships.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. - 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments. - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development - OR equivalent experience. - 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). - 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code, AI/ML systems, video technologies, and cloud platforms (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). - Familiarity with Microsoft compliance frameworks (Responsible AI, DSB) and proficiency in Azure DevOps, Power BI, and modern program management frameworks.
