Our team is redefining collaborative productivity on mobile, and we are looking for a user-obsessed, self‑starting product manager to help evolve the next generation of Microsoft Teams for iOS and Android.
We are seeking a Product Manager II to define and deliver best‑in‑class experiences within Teams Mobile. In this role, you will shape mobile‑first, intelligent product experiences that enhance productivity and drive high‑quality mobile craftsmanship, elevating the overall user experience. You will work closely with design, engineering, and other partners to ensure your area delivers intuitive, polished, and reliable experiences that meet users where they are.
The ideal candidate has a track record of shipping mobile products at scale, deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns and platform guidelines, and product instincts. You will bring clarity to ambiguous spaces, collaborate effectively across disciplines, and advocate for experiences that feel thoughtful, responsive, and inclusive mobile experiences for all.

- Responsibilities- Own the vision, strategy, and execution for product areas within Teams Mobile, ensuring experiences are best‑in‑class and mobile‑optimized.
- Define and deliver high‑craft mobile user experiences, grounded in user insights, data, experimentation, and platform best practices.
- Manage cross-team partnerships and relationships with engineering, design, research, and marketing to establish a shared strategic framework and roadmap.
- Champion mobile-first thinking, ensuring all solutions respect the unique constraints and expectations of mobile users.
- Obsess over the customer, informed by data, own the end-to-end experience, and deliver with agility and quality.
- Represent Microsoft and the product internally and externally to customers and partners.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience. - 2+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- Experience in consumer mobile products with high user engagement and user experience (UX) expectations.
- Systems thinking and ability to balance mobile-specific optimization with broader product consistency needs.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to others through written and synchronous communication in a that creates clarity and generates energy.
- Passion and deep understanding of mobile UX patterns, mobile platform guidelines, and mobile-specific interaction models.
- Passion for crafting seamless, delightful mobile experiences that make productivity feel effortless.

Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
