• Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements for mission critical workloads and build a seamless experience to deploy them in Azure.
• Lead the design and implementation of next generation of services, features and developer tools that will define how SAP workloads are hosted on Azure.
• Accountability for design, implementation, quality, livesite & success of customers.
• Create long-term vision and roadmap for the team simplifying the user experience to setup their SAP workloads on Azure.
• Establish KPIs and successfully drive execution through collaboration and partnership with PM team and partners.
• Excellent communication skill and a passion for managing a diverse team of engineers and helping them grow.
• Lead the team by bringing clarity, creating energy and driving results.
• Prioritize work for your team through collaboration with partner teams.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience in software development and building world class solutions. 1+ years experience in building highly scalable, reliable, and available services in cloud.
• 1+ years experience in technical leadership in driving engineering roadmaps, leading v-teams, mentoring and helping others grow technically.
• 1+ years experience/knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise computing, IaaS and/or SaaS products - 1+ years experience/knowledge of SAP technologies and ecosystem Other Qualifications:
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• OR related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, OR Python
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ years hands on experience with distributed systems and services in the cloud.
• 1+ years experience with public cloud services including Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
