The M365 Core Design Studio is a global, multidisciplinary team designing human-centered AI experiences across Microsoft 365, including M365 Copilot, Agent experiences, Windows companions, People experiences, and Enterprise Search. We’re looking for a Senior Product Design Producer who thrives in the new era of designing for AI. Our mission is about shaping how AI behaves, responds, and integrates into people’s lives through high-quality multi-turn interactions, system behavior, and end-to-end experiences.

Why Join Us?

· Shape the Future of AI: Influence the next generation of productivity experiences.

· Global Impact: Collaborate with diverse teams worldwide.

· Human-Centered Innovation: Make AI more intuitive, inclusive, and trustworthy.

This work spans multiple products and partner teams, with complex dependencies and senior stakeholders—so crisp alignment and clear decision-making matter. You’ll help the team move faster in the AI era by shortening iteration cycles and improving ship velocity without sacrificing quality, accessibility, or customer trust.

Responsibilities:

· Own the design roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and decision points

· Run operating rhythms and keep stakeholders aligned with clear updates and asks

· Facilitate briefs, critiques, and reviews to improve quality and speed of decisions

· Enable AI learning loops (prototype → evaluate → iterate) with PM/Eng/DS partners

· Drive launch readiness (quality, accessibility, sign-offs) and manage risk as priorities shift

Qualifications:

  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
  • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in design program management / design ops / product delivery as part of a design team
  • AI-forward: uses AI daily for planning, synthesis, writing, and reporting—with strong judgment
  • AI product execution: partners with PM/Eng/DS on evaluation plans, telemetry, iteration loops, and launch readiness
  • Responsible AI awareness (privacy, security, compliance, trust) and ability to build it into plans
  • Effective interpersonal skills with a growth mindset
  • An ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Attention to detail, problem solving, creative, and communication skills
  • An ability to work quickly, efficiently and to a tight deadline
