Our candidate will possess a passion and deep understanding of the “Hyperscaler” cloud businesses and key trends. The Product Marketing Manager, Cross Solution Play is a lead for the Cloud and AI platform solution plays marketing. This includes how to prioritize product strategies into customer outcomes and aligning them for optimized results through a mix of strategies. The candidate for this role will have a passion for technology, with a deep understanding of the sales and marketing levers and have a vision for how we gain share. The candidate will have the ability to analyze and diagnose business challenges, formulate solutions, and then motivate and influence the broader organization into action.

- Responsibilities- Lead the optimization of Seismic (our field enablement platform) as a strategic sales enablement platform, enhancing sellers ability to identify the most effective content, optimize discovery and utilization to support seller readiness and execution.
- Align approach and content of solutions on Azure.com in partnership with Product Marketing Managers to ensuring optimal and consistent experience and performance across solution plays to deliver cohesive customer journeys and measurable business impact.
- Cross Solution Play first party event support for solutions marketing to ensure consistency and effective integration across events, for example Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Start, Ignite, BUILD, AI Tour.
- Field community engagement, agenda orchestration and insights in collaboration with MCAPs and integrated marketing.

Qualifications:
Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in Marketing for Cloud Platform Technologies
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in Marketing for Cloud Platform Technologies
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in Marketing for Cloud Platform Technologies
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in Marketing for Cloud Platform Technologies
- OR equivalent experience.
- Communications and/or inbound product marketing experience.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
