This role demands creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, as you’ll help define differentiated sourcing strategies, refine hiring bar calibration, and support storytelling that resonates with candidates from top global AI programs and industry-leading companies. The MAI division operates in tight cycles with shifting priorities and high visibility. This role requires someone who can quickly learn the operating model, understand how decisions are made, and identify where innovation will drive results. We’re looking for a recruitment leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and pays unwavering attention to detail. Responsibilities You will lead a team of managers and recruiters responsible for accelerating MAI growth. Success requires coaching beyond activity metrics into strategy, judgment, and funnel design. You must be comfortable challenging assumptions with evidence and guiding teams through ambiguity while maintaining momentum. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to fail fast, leads with care, and gets energy from coaching, developing, and contributing towards the success of others. Executive partnership is central to this role. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape workforce plans, align on hiring priorities, and navigate tradeoffs between urgency and sustainability.
