- The PMO Project Manager will be part of the Business Excellence
- Operations organization. They will be aligned and accountable to an ISD (Industry Solutions Delivery) Area Project Manager supporting the project delivery lifecycle for the ISD engagements within the Area. The role will support the delivery management roles delivering engagements to our customers, helping maximize their customer facing time by providing direct support and coordination. The PMO Project Manager will be involved in delivery management aspects such as methodologies, tools, processes, financials, staffing, and operations towards ensuring the engagements are set up for success and flawless/agile execution. The role will also provide ongoing delivery management/operational support for multiple engagements.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Area Project Manager to deliver engagements within an assigned Area.

Responsible for endtoend project financials, drive key performance metrics, proactively manage risks and issues with financials—including recovery actions—and ensure strong quality and changes required throughout delivery

Responsible for improving process adherence, project hygiene, timely reporting, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Validate Engagement/Project Setup/Staffing, Initiation Schedule, Issue/Risk updates from Sales to Delivery, create project structure/base financial plan.

Support resource management for the engagement.

Setup consumption tracking, initiate/confirm Subcontractor engagement setup, support recommended Security practices, Issue/Risk management, track/report status, update project forecast, record/approve time/expenses.

Initiate/complete project closure, reconcile project budget, capture lessons learned.

Support Area Project Manager on managing escalations around staffing and billing processes related to delivery.

Risk & Issue Management: Risk identification, prioritization, mitigation, and proactive issue resolution

PMO Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to PMO standards, controls, and delivery frameworks

Quality Management: Project hygiene, quality assurance, and continuous improvement

Resource & Capacity Management: Resource planning, utilization tracking, and dependency alignment

Reporting & Analytics: Executive dashboards, KPIs, and datadriven insights

Change & Dependency Management: Structured change control and crossproject coordination for solving any issues on project.

Leadership: Assist the Delivery Management roles effectively across the Initiation, Planning, Monitoring & Controlling and Closure phases of a project, towards ensuring delivery is set up for success aligning with the customer expectations. Help track project financials, monitor expenses, and ensure resources are used efficiently.

Communication: Effective communication skills. Establish/conduct regular cadence with the PMO Process Lead and the Area Project Manager. Help raise issues needing attention around project hygiene, staffing, quality, risks, and issues.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field AND 3-4 years' experience in project management OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) certification.
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops
- Exposure to LLM and agentic AI
