Microsoft is looking for an individual to help build and shape the Microsoft Advertising APAC Channel Partner Sales business. Microsoft is looking for a top performing Partner Sales Executive with search, programmatic, display, video and native advertising experience who can grow revenue and increase partner satisfaction by developing and cultivating strategic partner relationships and delivering customised solutions aligning to the partner’s advertising needs.

The Channel Partner is a group that's part of the Global Partner and Retail Media (GPRM) within Microsoft Advertising, which operates globally. GPRM is at the forefront of the digital advertising sector, aiding Microsoft in establishing its role as a crucial technology provider that facilitates the purchase and sale of digital ads across its comprehensive digital portfolio. GPRM provides global empowerment to advertisers by selling to partners, agencies, and small-to-medium business customer divisions.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.

- Advise executives on marketing strategy, digital transformation, and competitive positioning.
- Expand networks across internal and external decisionmakers, influencing at the highest levels.
- Use internal tools and systems for strategic planning, forecasts, and Up To Date business planstodate business plans.
- Account Planning / Management: Understands partner's business model and marketing strategies.
- Expands a strategic network of key partners and decision makers.
- Supports Partner Account Manager and internal team for timely escalations and resolutions.
- Sales Focus Positions as a thought leader and trusted advisor to executive-level decision makers.
- Uses tools to inform and prioritize upsells and optimizations.
- Develops compelling presentations and business plans for clients.
- Proactively develops strategies for upselling and new client acquisitions.
- Drives revenue and client satisfaction long-term growth strategies.
- Engages partners to articulate the value of Microsoft's strategy and products.
- Client Engagement Develops a comprehensive understanding of clients' business needs and competitive market trends.
- Owns and elevates partner engagement strategy to foster trust and brand growth.
- Industry Knowledge Shares industry knowledge and provides advice to inform decisions and close deals.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 10+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industryOR 12+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
- OR equivalent experience.
- 7+ years experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 14+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industryOR 16+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience building relationships and providing recommendations to executive stakeholders.
