Overview:
Join the Copilot for Education team as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and lead the charge in shaping how we connect with the next generation of learners. This role is a unique opportunity to craft compelling product marketing strategies that resonate deeply with students, especially Gen Z, driving adoption and growth of transformative educational tools.
You will be the force behind product messaging, go-to-market plans, and cross-channel marketing coordination. Your work will empower students to discover and embrace Copilot’s innovative capabilities, making a meaningful impact on their learning journeys.
*By applying to this U.S. Mountain View, CA / Redmond, WA position, you are required to be local to the San Francisco/Redmond area and in office 4 days a week. *
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Develop and execute dynamic go-to-market strategies focused on student adoption and growth.

Craft clear, compelling product messaging that speaks directly to student needs and aspirations.

Lead product marketing initiatives that highlight Copilot’s unique value in education.

Coordinate cohesive marketing efforts across social media, paid media, out-of-home advertising, on-campus events, ambassador programs, and marketing agencies that that accelerates product reach and adoption.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Analyze market trends and student feedback to continuously refine marketing approaches.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business,product,service,project or program management OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business ,product,service,project or program managementOR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing, sales, product, service, project or program management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business, product, service, project or program management OR equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in product marketing with a strong focus on student or education markets.
Deep understanding of Gen Z behaviors, preferences, and communication channels. Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies

Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including social, paid media, events, and partnerships.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and external partners.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights for continuous improvement.

Strong skills in product messaging and positioning.
Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
