The Business Applications engineering organization is scaling the Fast Track program to meet growing customer demand. Fast Track supports strategic customers throughout their journey to the Dynamics 365, with a growing emphasis on AI‑powered transformation. Our mission is to help customers realize the full value of their investment by driving meaningful business outcomes, accelerating end‑user adoption, and embedding AI into their core operations.

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect who is passionate about AI and experienced in guiding large enterprise customers through complex, transformational initiatives. This role focuses on working with strategic accounts to shape AI strategy, enable intelligent experiences with Copilot and agents, and help customers modernize at scale using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft cloud.

Senior Solution Architects partner closely with customers, engineering, and system integrators to deliver high‑impact solutions, accelerate AI adoption, and ensure customers achieve their target business and transformation goals.

  • Responsibilities- Own and deliver the end‑to‑end Fast Track experience for customers, ensuring consistent, high‑quality engagement across strategic accounts.
  • Provide proactive architectural guidance to help customers avoid risks, remove technical roadblocks, and accelerate time to value.
  • Lead and shape AI adoption for customers, including guidance on Dynamics 365 Copilot, first‑party and custom agents, and AI‑enabled business processes.
  • Partner with customers to define and execute AI transformation roadmaps that align to business outcomes, responsible AI principles, and enterprise readiness.
  • Continuously improve the Fast Track for Dynamics 365 experience by collaborating internally to influence product capabilities, processes, and policies - while capturing actionable insights and data.
  • Evangelize Fast Track and Microsoft’s AI vision across field sales, engineering, support, Dynamics partners, and customers.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery workOR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:-Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery work or internship experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365, including customization or extension of business applications
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft sales process and tools
  • Experience implementing cloud-based solutions, ideally within Microsoft technologies
  • Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  • Experience designing or implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure

Customer Solutions Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
