- Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic/international travel for multiple leaders
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders and understand business priorities to optimize leaders’ time
- Organize and support meetings, events, conferences, and team activities, including logistics and materials
- Collaborate with Chief of Staff, Lead EA, peer EAs, and Business Operations to drive organizational effectiveness
- Support business operations: budget management, reviews, leadership meetings, and team-wide events
- Foster team morale and participate in admin and business operations communities
- Exercise sound judgment with confidential information and ensure timely, accurate communication Represent the team and Microsoft professionally to internal and external partners
- Manage headcount, space, and reporting using internal tools; coordinate office moves as needed
- Mentor administrators and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- 3+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, calendar management, or administration work for executive/upper-level management.
- 3+ years of proficiency using Microsoft productivity tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and experience using One Note, Share Point, Teams or similar collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing budgets for events, travel, and training.
- Prior mentorship, management, or lead EA experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools (Employee Central/Head Trax, MS Expense Tool, MS Travel, iCIMS, My Order).
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professionalism, sound judgment, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
- Effective teamwork and relationship-building across diverse groups.
- Experience supporting executives in fast-paced corporate environments.
Business Support ATR-C - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $25.10 - $43.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $35.72 - $51.11 per hour.
