As a Specialist within our AI Workforce team, you will join a digital-first organization dedicated to one of Microsoft’s fastest-growing segments. In this role, you will empower customers to realize the full value of the Microsoft Cloud, leveraging world-class data and marketing insights to engage them exactly when and where they need support. You will act as a strategic advisor, leading consultative conversations that help organizations navigate the transition to hybrid work and digital transformation. By collaborating across internal teams and our global partner ecosystem, you will orchestrate end-to-end "Modern Work" strategies that drive significant customer value and transformational outcomes.

  • Responsibilities- Drive Strategic Engagement: Deliver a seamless, data-driven customer experience for key decision-makers to maximize satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Generate High-Value Pipeline: Initiate industry-specific conversations to qualify new opportunities and build a robust sales funnel in collaboration with account teams.
  • Accelerate Deal Execution: Map stakeholder landscapes and implement rigorous close plans to move prioritized opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Orchestrate Internal Expertise: Navigate complex internal ecosystems to align the right technical and strategic resources for maximum customer impact.
  • Scale via Partnerships: Partner with Global Partner Solutions (GPS) to identify new collaborators, develop joint proposals, and execute co-sell strategies.
  • Demonstrate Technical Value: Lead high-impact demonstrations of Modern Workplace solutions to prove their capability against specific business objectives.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Leverage deep competitive intelligence and solution-area expertise to mentor teams and inform pursuit strategies.
  • Influence Senior Stakeholders: Build lasting relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders to secure commitment and drive digital transformation.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Drive the execution of complex deliverables, leveraging internal workstreams and "compete" specialists to win against market rivals.

Qualifications:

Required Experience

  • Experience of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, and technology- related enterprise sales or account management experience
  • Experience of solution sales or consulting services sales experience
  • Ability to develop sales and business strategy options, while also being able to successfully execute plans and build strong relationships

Preferred Experience

  • Enterprise customer level experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures, productivity and security technologies, and industry standards recommended
  • Technical Skills: MS-900 M365 Fundamentals Certified, SC-900 Security & Compliance Fundaments Certified, MS-900 certification
  • Experience in M365 platform and Modern Work (remote work security, compliance, teamwork, insights, meeting, and calling)
