Role overview
We’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate product manager to deliver end-to-end experiences for our health AI companion, crafting world-class products that empower users and promote positive health outcomes. This is a player/coach role—setting vision and rolling up your sleeves to ship polished, delightful experiences. You’ll own a key product area, driving end-to-end design from zero-to-one.
Key responsibilities
- Own a product area and be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviors, defining product requirements, managing end-to-end product development within the Microsoft AI consumer health experiences
- Translate business goals into strategy, user experience and technical requirements in close collaboration with UX designers and AI model development teams
- Ability to break large bodies of work into a phased execution plan, and lead a cross-functional team from idea to polished implementation
- Communication and dependency management, scoping and scheduling, and driving implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and clinicians
- Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, measure success with data and user research
- Set the bar for excellence and quality to build exceptional consumer-grade product experiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics or similar product management experience
- Experience working in healthcare, ideally on healthcare consumer products
- Ability to own your work in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to an ever-changing landscape
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with LLMs and/or generative AI, or a demonstrated curiosity and desire to learn
- Experience working in big tech or a scaled consumer product organization
