About the Role:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for Microsoft 365 Growth, you will lead the strategy and execution of Microsoft 365 value for the Corporate and SMB (SME&C) audience. This includes designing and implementing Microsoft 365 go-to-market (GTM) strategies and programs, collaborating closely with product, field, and partner teams, and driving enablement / landing campaigns. The role is strategically positioned to accelerate customer acquisition and upsell opportunities through a deep understanding of our product offerings, the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) channel, and the SME&C audience.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Microsoft 365 go-to-market (GTM) strategies and programs in partnership with Product PMM and the MCAPS (Sales) team
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Microsoft 365 offerings, value proposition, and the CSP channel
- Conduct customer and market research to understand productivity needs and inform packaging and promotional strategies
- Create partner-facing GTM messaging and communications across various channels
- Support GTM programs and drive field and partner enablement for Microsoft 365 offerings
- Act as a liaison between the field, partner marketing, and the product team
Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications:
- Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in product marketing, monetization, or strategy and operations.
- Management consulting experience or similarly strategic function.
Additional or preferred qualifications- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience. - Experience: 3+ years in product marketing, channel marketing, or strategy and operations, Channel marketing experience or SaaS marketing experience.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to interpret data, conduct financial and market analysis, and translate insights into business decisions. Technical expertise is a plus
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization
- Program Management: Demonstrated success in leading complex projects or programs to completion, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and biased toward experimentation and action.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to lead across functions and craft compelling narratives that drive alignment and impact
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
