Azure Integration Services is a growing $1B+ portfolio at the heart of the Azure Application Platform, powering how modern applications connect, communicate, and scale. This role offers the opportunity to shape a platform that sits at the crossroads of cloud‑native architectures, enterprise modernization, and the next generation of AI‑driven integration patterns. As AI adoption accelerates, Azure Integration Services – inclusive of API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid – has become the critical control plane for the AI application stack to govern and scale the APIs/API calls, AI models, agents, and event flows that power intelligent applications – making this one of Azure’s most important AI‑adjacent growth engines. We are seeking a Business Planner to join our team!
In this role, you’ll convert technical capabilities and product roadmap into durable business outcomes by defining monetization strategy, shaping business models, and driving pricing and packaging decisions that deepen product‑market fit. You’ll contribute to simplifying the customer experience, designing adoption motions, and turning customer signals into clear business and commercial choices. Your work will directly influence how developers and enterprises adopt and scale Azure Integration Services globally.

Responsibilities:
As a Business Planner focused on Azure Integration Services, you can expect to learn from the following activities:
- Lead and evolve the monetization strategy for services within the Integration Services portfolio.
- Solve complex problems and establish business models for an emerging AI-first landscape.
- Bring a quantitative perspective to support your recommendations (i.e. bring data to bear).
- Develop business model strategies and establish product pricing & packaging for new product investments.
- Identify pricing and licensing optimization opportunities by interacting closely with partners, sellers, and customers.
- Create business model proposals, present them to senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate with pricing operations (i.e. Commerce and Ops) to implement business models and pricing.
- Drive revenue growth of the Azure Application Platform portfolio.

Qualifications:
Required/minimum qualifications
- 3+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- 5+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related fieldOR 3+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience AND Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- A track record of working across diverse stakeholders to define and execute strategic initiatives with passion, precision, and excellence.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to drive data-driven decisions.
- Sound business judgement leveraging strong strategic thinking complemented with a bias for action and execution/operational excellence.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to drive projects and build executive buy-in and support for key projects.
Business Planning IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
