Overview
As an AI Business Process Sales Specialist, you drive business transformation for strategic FSI clients, manage complex relationships, and lead large-scale sales deals. You have experience working with senior stakeholders in both business and IT, established networks, and expertise selling AI, CRM, ERP, and Low Code platforms. You coordinate internal teams and partners to deliver integrated solutions, navigate sector budgets and regulations, and achieve results in matrixed environments. The role also involves identifying key partners and customers, designing value-driven AI deals, building trusted relationships, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring successful deal closure.

Responsibilities- Drive comprehensive, end-to-end business transformation solutions across various FSI customer business units.\

Take ownership of every phase in the sales cycle, from account and opportunity planning through deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.

Navigate complex customer environments, guiding stakeholders via decision frameworks and evaluation plans designed for sector-specific needs.

Structure and negotiate digital transformation projects to meet customer goals and comply with industry standards.

Keep forecasting and pipeline management accurate to support strategic planning and overall business performance.

Lead conversations with partners and customers to clarify and define AI-driven business goals and strategies.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (including product, engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and sales) to ensure alignment on deal strategies and implementation.

Assess market opportunities to develop sales tactics that boost AI adoption and maximize business results.

Oversee major AI sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with industries and business priorities, are executed on schedule, and have the necessary resources.

Consistently enhance strategic plan effectiveness by integrating feedback and driving continuous process improvements.

Serve as a trusted advisor, nurturing executive relationships and internal coordination to foster innovation and growth in AI business processes.

Qualifications- 10+ years experience selling SaaS solutions within line of business applications industry.

10+ years experience leading sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans and engaging with complex customers.

Experience in deal crafting, negotiating terms and contracts for multi-year digital transformation initiatives.

Forecasting business and maintaining pipeline hygiene.

Established relationships and a reputation for delivering outcomes.

Strategic thinker with business acumen to leverage market trends.

Effective project management and organizational skills for coordinating sales.
Preferred experience
- FSI industry experience regarded highly.
