Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Regulatory Marking, Launch & Release Program Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will thrive working across teams to facilitate consistent, seamless collaboration with regulatory artwork, processes and tools throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle that pave the way for our product teams to deliver the highest quality products on time to our customers. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with great communication and program management skills to help us build our team for the next generation of products.
You will work closely with partner teams to maintain technical artwork and support the release of official documents to wider Microsoft. You will also be responsible to improve and optimize processes by identifying root causes of issues, suggest potential solutions (capabilities, tooling, process or change management). This role requires strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
Regulatory Marking:

Drive creation and release of regulatory marking artwork through formal release mechanism, including ensuring the parts are ready for downstream consumption.

Ensure drawings are maintained accurately, consistently and usable for all partner teams with tracked updates.

Ensure regulatory, compliance, and product quality readiness prior to release; escalate gaps early to protect stakeholder trust and launch integrity.

Prepare and support document release for internal partners and factories
Launch & Release Management:
-
End-to-end product SKU release readiness for complex, multi region programs with minimal oversight. Manage programs with minimal oversight.

Drive integrated release schedules; identify and mitigate launchcritical risks and dependencies across engineering, operations, segment, and regulatory workstreams.

Champion disciplined, repeatable release management practices; standardize and improve processes to increase predictability, compliance, and scale.

Work with relevant teams to automate heavily manual process and drive continuous improvements.
-
Influence crossfunctional partners without authority; serve as trusted advisor and coach to elevate release maturity across teams.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, business, operations, finance, or product/technical program management
OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/ Adobe Acrobat/ AutoCAD or DWG viewer.
- Proven ability to manage complex operational challenges, work across teams to find solutions and drive change across organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in product launch, release, or operations roles within a relevant industry strongly preferred
- Solid capability in verbal and written communications skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical judgment skills to assess risks, scrutinize details, and solve complex problems combined with business acumen to analyze business operations and financial health
- Detail-oriented with the ability to verify the accuracy and completeness of information

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
