About the role
As a Field Product Marketing Specialist, you will execute go‑to‑market strategy across priority areas of the business, owning performance through defined KPIs. You’ll develop and land strategic plans, enable sellers with clear messaging and packaged sales plays, and assess effectiveness to continuously improve outcomes. You’ll also partner with sales and supply chain teams to align on capacity requirements, support forecasting, and ensure hardware and service needs are met across the Australia and New Zealand region.
This role will allow you to build strong commercial and market insight, develop end‑to‑end go‑to‑market and sales enablement expertise, and strengthen your strategic planning and stakeholder management skills. The role offers flexible work arrangements, with the option to work from home part‑time.
- Responsibilities- You will plan and execute business strategy in the highest priority areas for a line of business, and own accountability for a product or service’s KPIs. You’ll also track plan efficacy, identify areas for improvement, and share best practices.
- You will help create strategic go-to-market plans for various initiatives, as well as help a team understand and execute this strategy. You’ll also carry out near-term growth plans, contribute to competitive strategies, and assess impact across all strategy plans.
- You will ensure sellers have the knowledge, skills, and resources they need, as well as execute packaged sales plays for sellers. You’ll also support business development planning and contribute to competitive strategy and white-space growth opportunities within a product line.
- You will create alignment and ensure landing for large hardware or capacity needs, contributing to a feedback pipeline from sales to supply chain. You’ll also support capacity and service forecasting.
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience
- 3+ years field product marketing, product management, marketing strategy, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years field product marketing, product management, marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales,
- OR related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science; OR related field; OR equivalent experience.
