The Integration & Transformation (I&T) Lead supports the I&T Director of Global Security as a trusted business partner and project coordinator. This role helps manage the portfolio of Global Security initiatives, ensuring priorities are aligned, projects are tracked, Pillar needs are championed, prioritized, understood and met by Central Operations, and leadership has the information and narratives required to make effective decisions.

The role is designed for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment - balancing project coordination, operational rigor, and executive support. Acting as connective tissue across Global Security, Central Operations, and partner teams, this individual will bring clarity, structure, and follow-through to transformation programs and operational goals.

Integration and Transformation Lead Responsibilities:

  • Track and coordinate Global Security's project pipeline, including transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Drive progress tracking, accountability, and reporting for active projects
  • Support special projects on behalf of I&T Director, applying project management discipline
  • Act as a right hand to the I&T Director, helping manage commitments, track progress, and prepare leadership materials
  • Partner with Global Security and Central Operations leaders to develop and track OKRs and measures of success, ensuring alignment with Global Workplace Services (GWS) and Meta-wide goals
  • Support executive engagements, including Business Reviews, QBRs, All Hands, Tech Business Reviews, roadmap updates with stakeholders, among others
  • Support and enable the Pillar Tech roadmap development and help drive prioritization of tech-specific initiatives with Pillar and GWS Technology Leadership
  • Help ensure alignment of technology investments with Pillar, GWS Technology and Global Workplace Services strategic priorities
  • Partner with SMEs to optimize and maintain meaningful business metrics to support decision-making
  • Support oversight of dashboards and trackers that provide visibility into progress against OKRs and project milestones
  • Help translate complex data and updates into clear, concise, and actionable reporting for stakeholders
  • Distill updates into concise, executive-ready narratives and reports
  • Serve as a connector across Global Security teams, Central Operations, and partner orgs to ensure priorities are understood and coordinated
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment, reducing duplication and surfacing risks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates that clearly articulate priorities, progress, and outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or business operations
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven communication skills, including executive-level presentation and storytelling
  • Structured, organized, and detail-oriented, with the capacity to be agile in approach
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in complex organizations
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with minimal managerial input

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven success in building partnerships and influencing without direct authority
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks, business reviews, and portfolio reporting
  • Experience in or working with Global Security organizations (or closely related industries)
