Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in creative strategy for paid social (agency, platform, start-up, or in-house)
• Demonstrated experience in storytelling instinct - across video, design, memes, and emerging creative formats
• A restless curiosity for new tech, new trends, new ideas and behaviours
• Eager to learn fast, push boundaries, and shape the next chapter of creativity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bonus points if you… love data and dashboards, understand how to harness measurement to drive creative ideas and business growth
• Turkish language is desirable although not essential
